Pengaruh Alat Peraga Screaning Ca Serviks (ARSEVAVIK) terhadap Keterampilan Pemeriksaan IVA pada Mahasiswa Kebidanan Poltekkes Mataram

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Cakupan deteksi dini kanker leher rahim di Nusa Tenggara Barat, tertinggi di wilayah Lombok Timur dan terendah di kota Mataram, namun angka kejadianya tertinggi sebanyak 33 orang (1,4%), upaya pemerintah untuk menurunkan kasus tersebut adalah dengan deteksi dini kanker serviks, oleh karena itu mahasiswa sebagai calon tenaga kesehatan harus memiliki skill yang terampil, sehingga untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa perlu banyak latihan, untuk itu diperlukan alat peraga sebagai media pembelajaran agar selama latihan mahasiswa berlatih dengan aman. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh Alat peraga Screaning CA Serviks (ARSEVAVIK) Terhadap Peningkatan keterampilan pemeriksaan IVA, pada Mahasiswa Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Mataram, Metode: penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan One Group pretest-postest, jumlah sampel 30 orang. Populasi penelitian ini mahasiswa Sarjana Terapan Kebidanan tingkat 3 semester 5. Analsis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis Mc-Nemar Hasil: Keterampilan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pemeriksaan IVA meningkat sebanyak (56,6%) setelah di berikan intervensi, dari 30 responden yang awalnya tidak terampil 21 orang setelah intervensi menjadi 4 orang. hasil uji analisis di dapatkan nilai p-Value = 0.000 < 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh alat peraga ARSEVAVIK terhadap tingkat keterampilan mahasiswa kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Mataram dalam melakukan pemeriksaan IVA.

Abstract

Background: Early detection coverage of cervical cancer in West Nusa Tenggara is the highest in the East Lombok region and the lowest in Mataram city, but the incidence rate of cervical cancer in Mataram city is 33 people (1.4%), the government's effort to reduce these cases is through early detection of cervical cancer. Therefore, students as prospective health workers must have skilled skills, so that to improve students' skills need a lot of practice, for that props are needed as learning media so that during training students practice safety. Objective: To determine the effect of Cervical Cancer Screaning Teaching Aids (ARSEVAVIK) on the improvement of IVA examination skills, in Midwifery Students of the Mataram Ministry of Health Polytechnic. Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with the One Group pretest-postest approach, a sample of 30 people. The population of this study is students of Applied Bachelor of Midwifery level 3 semester 5. The analysis in this study uses the Mc-Nemar hypothesis test. Results: The students' skills in conducting IVA examinations increased by (56.6%) after the intervention was given, from 30 respondents who were initially unskilled 21 people after the intervention to 4 people. The results of the analysis test obtained a p-Value value = 0.000 < 0.05, so it was concluded that there was an influence of ARSEVAVIK teaching aids on the skill level of midwifery students Department of the Ministry of Health in conducting IVA examinations.
